I'm a Scottish composer\musician with a passion for nature, photography and "architecture". Both my music and photographs share the same sensibility and sources of inspiration, in particular nature in all its manifestations. In this way the music and photos\films are closely interlinked. In some way my goal is to transport the listener or viewer to a serene place which can stimulate his or her imagination. 

 

My music is piano based,  however I also like to use other instruments or electronic sounds if they can enrich and communicate the idea and atmospheres I have in mind. Anything can be a starting point for the music: a raindrop, a leaf, a bird's cry, a chimney, a fisherman's net, an old building.
